TIME INVOLVED:
Depending on the item, we have different times for production, delivery, and shipping. The minimum turn around time for Candy Bouquet and Gift Baskets, is between 24 -48 hours. For chocolate truffles, Brazilian candies, Candy buffet, Wrappers, and some personalized chocolate items, allow 10-15 days for production and shipment after your order is completed (weekend and Holidays not included). The same will apply for Wedding and Baby favors. For imported flower candy cups, the time is 60-90days.
Our goal is to provide you the best product in the shortest amount of time possible.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept all major credit cards or payments through pay pal.
MINIMUM ORDER:
Some items such as the wedding and baby favors have a minimum order. Personalized items may require a minimum quantity as well.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
We have two different items - refundable and non-refundable. Non-refundable: Chocolate, candy, gourmet food, candy buffet, specialty cakes (all food-related products) and personalized items including the custom-made imported flower cups. Exception applies to open or damage boxes and products. We are not responsible for mis-spelling or the wrong date. The form that we provide you should contain: text, date, color, etc (all information necessary to process your order). Shipping charges are non-refundable. Defective wedding and baby shower favors can be returned and refundable (except the personalized items). We'll replace any defective items of the same product. All requests for refunds must be communicated by e-mail to us within 7 days after product is received. Your order must be returned in the original shipping box. All returned items must have prepaid shipping. Once we receive your returned items, the paid amount will be credited back within 7-10 business days. No refunds or returns will be accepted after 15 days of delivery. There is a 15% processing charge fee on all returns related to non-damaged items.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after your order has been placed. There is a 3% service charge fee.
